5 large eggs
2 cups sugar (minus 1 tbsp.)
5 tbsp. corn starch or flour
2 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except for nutmeg and 1 tablespoon of the sugar. Pour into pie crust that has been partially cooked. (Follow Pillsbury pie crust box directions, but only cook for a few minutes until bubbly, not brown.) Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and nutmeg, then sprinkle on top. Bake 50-60 minutes. The pie is done when it is no longer shaky.
