"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Tuna in water, drained
Corn, frozen thawed or in can drained
1 cucumber, chopped, seeded and peeled
1 onion, chopped (I like red onion)
1 jalapeņo, chopped
1-2 tomatoes, chopped (depending on size)
1 avocado, sliced
A few small limes or 1 big one, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro
Salt/pepper to taste
Mexican tostadas
Hot sauce (best with Cholula)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients and set aside. Drain tuna and put in large bowl. Mix in onion, jalapeņo, cilantro, tomato, cucumber, and corn to bowl. Add lime juice, salt and pepper to preference. (More lime juice makes it better in my opinion but you have to get the right balance.) Taste and add anything that you think it is lacking. Eat on tostada with Cholula and sliced avocados.

Personal Notes:
One of the freshest things you will ever taste!
Tuna, onion, jalapeņo, cilantro, tomato, cucumber, and corn should all be added depending on how much of each you like. You should add all of them even if you don't particularly like them (for ex. i HATE cilantro) but you wont be able to taste anything individually so add it all!
