1 lb. medium jalapeno, cut in half lengthwise, seeded and deveined
1 lb.cream cheese,softened
1 lb. ground sausage
1 mediun white onion,finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
brown sausage and onions over medium heat. drain fat pat sausage with paper towel to remove residual fat.in a metal bowl, combine sausage and onions mixture, cream cheese,salt,pepper.stir until completely combined. with a small spoon, fill peppers halves with sausage and cream cheese,place on a foil lined baking sheet; bake until golden brown and peppers seem to be slightly softened this will take 25-35 minutes. bake at 400º

These peppers are even good the next day, just pop in microwave.The peppers have a better taste if they are chared on top.I used anaheim peppers(thats what i had in the garden)
