12 chicken wings
1/4 to 1/2 cup jerk seasoning
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off and discard wing tips. Spread remaining portions open and cut at joint into two sections, making 24 pieces. Put chicken in sealable plastic bag, and place in a shallow dish. Mix marinade in a medium bowl using remaining ingredients except lime wedges. Pour marinade into bag over the chicken and seal removing all air. Place in refrigerator for 4-12 hours, flipping bag every few hours. Remove chicken and grill over direct medium heat approximately 20 minutes, turning once. Pour marinade into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and baste chicken while grilling. Serve wings with lime wedges.
