red wine
pineapple juice
garlic powder
brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a marinade with the terayaki, red wine, pineapple juice and garlic powder. The amount should be enough to cover half of the brisket. Place brisket in roasting pan; pour in marinade, and let marinate for about 8 hours, turning often. Wrap the brisket like a mummy in heavy foil and bake at 300 degrees for about 8 hours. Uncover during the last 45 minutes of baking.
