4 boneless chicken breasts
1-8oz pkg vermicelli
2 T butter
1 8oz pkg sliced fresh mushrooms
3 oz. finely chopped proscuitto (or bacon)
1 cup frozen baby peas (can use canned)
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz container Alfredo sauce
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c Marsala or white wine
1 c (4 oz) shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and prosciutto, and saute 5 minutes.
Stir together mushroom mixture, chicken, next 5 ingredients, and 1/2 c cheese; stir in pasta. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or till bubbly.
