Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 cup plain bread crumbs(panko bread crumbs)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 eggs
1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. adobe sauce(from can of adobe sauce and peppers)
1/12 Tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. canola oil(for frying)
For the Sauce
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
2tsps. crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions: |
Directions:to make meat balls mix together all the ingredients, except canola oil
shape meat balls in to 1 inch balls
heat oil in pan and brown meat turning frequently for even browning, until cooked through
place on paper towl lined plate.
to make sauce:
heat oil in pan over medium heat. add onions and saute untill golden brown ,add crushed red peppers and cook 1 min.stir in the remaining and reduce heat to low, add the browned meat balls and toss gently to coat with sauce. |

Notes: This is pretty spicy but soooo good.I've made it with only ground beef and turned out well.Could also be made into a meat loaf
