1 pkg (4 serve) orange gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
ice cubes
1 large can mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine water and iced cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 1 2/3 cup gelatin; fold in oranges. Spoon in serving bowl; chill until set but not firm. Whip remaining gelatin with electric mixer until fluffy and thick and about double in volume. Pour over clear gelatin and chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
