1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses (I only use 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix in a sauce pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Take off heat.
