2 med.Cucumbers(peeled, chopped, & seeded)
2 med. Tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
1 Jalapeņo Pepper (chopped and seeded)
1 Small Onion (chopped)
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
2 tbsp. Lime Juice
2 tsp. minced Cilantro or Fresh Parsley
1 tsp minced Fresh Parsley
1/2 tsp Dillweed
1/2 tsp Salt
Tortilla Chips

Directions:

Combine 1st eleven ingredients, cover and refrigerate for I hour before serving. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
