2-3 lb pork cut into 2" cubes
1/2 c lime juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
tortillas
cheese
avocados
tomatoes
lettuce
cilantro
refried beans
olives
salsa
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 4 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 hour, stir, then on low for 8 hours. Shred pork. Serve like tacos using the pork in place of hamburger.
