2# ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen tater tots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season raw beef with onion, salt and pepper. Place in bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix soups and pour 1/2 over beef. Add potatoes and pour remaining soup over potatoes. Do not mix. Bake uncovered at 325º for 1 hour.

Another version is to brown beef and onion, add to soups, salt and pepper and add 2 cups mixed frozen veggies (carrots, corn, green beans). Then top with tater tots and bake. More nutritious.
