1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 8oz. mushrooms, fresh, sliced
1 can waterchestnuts, sliced
1-1/2 c. bean sprouts, fresh
4 T. soy sauce
1 c. white rice, uncooked
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown beef and onion; drain. Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered at 350º for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until rice is cooked.
