For crepes batter recipe see breads and muffins.

Filling:
1 c whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 c icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 c water
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 c sliced strawberries

Beat cream until stiff. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 2 rounded tablespoonfuls down the center of a cooled crepe. Roll and top with berry mixture.

Topping:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. stir in water and lemon until smooth. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thick. Cool. Add berries (frozen works too). Spoon over prepared crepes.
