Cream Cheese Mixture:
8 oz package cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz package chocolate chips (I prefer milk)

Dry Muffin Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Wet Muffin Ingredients:
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt to make a cream cheese mixture. Once smooth, add chocolate chips and set aside.

Sift together dry muffin ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix together until well-combined. Fill muffin tins half full of muffin mixture. Drop cream cheese filling by rounded teaspoons into each muffin. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. ººº
