Ingredients:  
1 med. whole Chicken cut up , or buy 8 to 10 cut up pieces with bone (legs, thighs, or breasts)
1¼ c. Rice, uncooked
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
2 c. Water
Garlic Salt
1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place uncooked rice in a 9x13" glass pan.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
Mix soups and water and pour on top of chicken and rice.
Sprinkle garlic salt on chicken.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of chicken.
Sprinkle a little Soy Sauce on top for flavor.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour, then take foil off and bake another ½ hr.
Check rice to be sure it is fully cooked.
