4 Large Baking Potaotes
1 C. French Onion Sour Cream Dip
1/2 C. Milk
4 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
3/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub and bake potatoes until done, but not mushy. Skin off the top of the potato and scoop out the potato with a teaspoon into a large bowl leaving about 1/8" of potato on skin. Mash potatoes then add sour cream and milk to the consistency you like. Add salt, pepper, butter and cheese and mix. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins. Top each with more cheese or you can also add some fried bacon or green onions if you like. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350º oven.

You can do a lot of variations on this recipe, depending on what you like. I like them creamy so can add more milk. Also, saute some veggies and mix in if you like. A meal in itself.
