1 1/2 slices Canadian bacon (cut in fourths)
2 tbsp. Swiss cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. whipping cream
salt & pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
paprika
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray individual ramekin with Pam. Place Canadian Bacon in bottom. Make a nest of Swiss cheese. Break egg on this. Add cream, salt, and pepper. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Using a fork break yolks; then sprinkle with 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 7 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves 1.
