4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices baked ham (or thin-cut deli ham)
4 slices baby Swiss cheese
Butter, melted
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Mayonnaise
Durkee's Sandwich and Salad Sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts flat with mallet. Layer a ham slice and a cheese slice on each breast. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Durkees (if you are using) on top of the cheese. Roll chicken and secure with a toothpick. Roll chicken in melted butter. Place chicken, fold side down on a cookie sheet. Tent with foil (don't seal) and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Watch closely for browning and don't let chicken overcook. If browning too quickly, lower heat.
