1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Mix together in a saucepan, bring to easy boil, it will turn more clear as it thickens a little. Can store in fridge for a while.

I got this recipe from Sherri about 20 times, it kept getting lost. I finally taped a copy to the inside of my cupboard, and kept 2 copies in my recipe box. Never lost it again.
