1 Head iceberg lettuce
2 cups chopped celery
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 can of water chestnuts chopped
1 1/2 cups of mayonaise
2-3 Tbsp of sugar
1 box of frozen green peas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Mayo with sugar add to above ingredients mix well
Cover top with LOTS of Parmesan Cheese and Refrigerate 24HOURS.
