1 loaf frozen white dough
1/2 pound thinly sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c shredded provolone cheese
1/4 c grated Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread dough. It is not necessary to let dough rise. Roll dough into a 12 by 8 inch rectangle.

Lay pepperoni over the dough, overlapping slices, to within one half inch from the sides. Spread mozzarella and provolone cheese over the pepperoni, then sprinkle with grated Romano. Roll up like a jellyroll starting with the wide side. Seal ends and seam. Place seam side down on an ungreased 11 by 17 inch jellyroll pan. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Let set about a half hour before slicing. Can be baked and frozen then reheated in a microwave.
