Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 ounces angel hair pasta
1 3/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
6 garlic cloves, pressed
3/4 teaspoon salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning
1 cup chopped green onions, divided
1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. I start just the garlic and chicken broth simmering for 5-10 min. to bring out more garlic flavor as well as cook the broth down some and concentrate the flavors.
3. After the broth and garlic simmer for their time, then I add the onions and lemon pepper and 1/4 cup of onions and let it cook 3-5 min.
4. Shrimp is cooked 3 - 5 minutes. It is very key to get the best flavor is to use fresh, uncooked shrimp, not the stuff that has been frozen in a bag. If you must use the frozen kind, try to use uncooked, as it seems to absorb the flavors better.
5. Top with remaining onions and fresh Parmesan.
