3 c flour
2 tsp baking pwd
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
4 large eggs
3 c shredded carrots
3/4 c pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Cream the oil and sugar and mix in the eggs. Blend in the sifted mixture, then stir in the carrots and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool about 20 minutes on a rack in the pan. Then remove from pan and cool completely before topping with Cream Cheese Frosting.
