14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic pwd
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
pinch paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichoke hearts into 1/2" chunks and put in oven proof dish. Mix in mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic and cayenne. Add mayo and Parmesan until it's a good dipping consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste. Sprinkle more Parmesan over the top. Then add a sprinkle of paprika for color. Heat at 350º until bubbly. Serve on baguette toasts, bagel crisps or other sturdy crackers.
