Bread Recipe
2 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast (rapid rise)
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour

Peanut Butter Recipe
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 Tbsp butter (melted)
Brown sugar to taste (around 1/2 cup)
2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
To make bread:
Mix together water and yeast until yeast is dissolved. Add egg, oil, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Add flour slowly to mixture. Knead well.
Let rise until double in size.
Spray pan with Pam.
Roll out dough on floured surface like you would for cinnamon rolls.

Peanut Butter recipe:
Mix all ingredients together except brown sugar. Add brown sugar to taste.

Spread peanut butter mixture down the middle of the dough.
Fold bottom 1/3 of dough up on top of the middle. Spread remaining peanut butter mixture on top of folded dough. Fold top 1/3 of dough down on top of the middle.
Roll dough like a cinnamon roll.
Cut through dough like you would if you were making cinnamon rolls by using a string.
Twist the dough and set on pan.

Let rise. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.

My elementary school made these and I just loved them. My grandma Florence worked for the school district and was able to get the recipe for my mom.
