40 saltine crackers
1 cup butter (2 sticks, do not substitute)
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a cookie sheet with sides with foil. Arrange saltine crackers on foil making sure crackers are flat, and pan is full. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour over crackers, spread with spoon to coat evenly.

Bake at 350º for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, pour chocolate chips over the saltine mixture evenly and bake in over 3-4 minutes to melt. Remove from oven. Spread chocolate around with a knife. Place in freezer to harden for abut 30 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces.
