2 slices bread
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 t cinnamon
2 T sugar

Butter or cooking spray

Syrup of your choice

Directions:
Beat eggs in a large bowl with vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Soak bread in egg mixture. Melt butter in medium hot pan and gently place bread in butter. Cook until golden brown and then gently turn to brown other side.

Serve with your favorite syrup.
