1/4 cup vodka
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons extract vanilla
1/2cup sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine
3 to 5 cups all-purpose flour
powdered sugar
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, vodka, salt, sugar, vanilla and melted margarine. Then slowly add 3 cups of flour. Then add the rest of flour as needed to make the dough firm, like for bread. Divide the dough into 3 balls, glaze them with oil and let them chill for 4 or 5 hours. Then roll the dough as thin as you can, cut them into strips and deep fry them. When you finished frying them, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve them.
