4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. thyme
Flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Pound breasts thin between wax paper. Mix next 4 ingredients. Spread mixture on each chicken breast, roll up and secure with toothpicks. Roll in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for 10 to 12 minutes or bake at 325-350º for 45 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Salt after cooking. Divine!
