2 chicken fryers, cut up
1 stick butter
2 cups uncooked rice
6 cups chicken broth
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken. Place uncooked rice in large baking dish. Put chicken on top. Mix chicken broth, soup and pan drippings, then pour over chicken and rice. Tent with foil and bake at 325º for about 35 minutes. Check for doneness; chicken juices should run clear.
