small new potatoes
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups milk
10 oz pkg frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse potatoes, cut into bite size pieces, boil until just tender. Place frozen peas in colander pour boiling cooked potatoes over peas to drain. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook for minute, add garlic. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles. Add potatoes and peas to sauce, heat until desired thickness. Season to tast with salt and pepper.
