2 cups olive oil
3/4 cup vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. paprika
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. Roquefort (or Bleu) cheese, mashed or broken into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil and vinegar in a quart jar. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate indefinitely (flavor gets better over time). Shake well before serving.
