1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 medium-sized chicken breast halves (boneless)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 sprigs rosemary, removed from stem and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour with salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts into the flour mixture. Place olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides. Add white wine, a little water, lemon juice and rosemary. Simmer over low heat until the chicken breasts are cooked through, about 20 minutes.

Side idea: toss fresh green beans into the remaining seasoned flour then saute in olive oil and garlic until done. Add a little salt to taste.
