1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
Paprika (to taste)
English muffins or sliced bread
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients, except paprika, in a blender in order listed. Blend on low speed, then high until smooth. Pour into top of a double boiler, stirring constantly over hot water until thick. Serve over buttered, toasted English muffins or bread. Sprinkle with paprika.

Makes a great dish for brunch or light luncheon. Accompaniments can be a fruit or vegetable salad.
