Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pks Philadelphia cream cheese
2 pks Carl Budding Beef (found in the lunchmeat section)
1 bunch green onions
1 - 2 tsp worcestershire sauce (optional)
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese sit on counter while you prepare the meat and onion. This will make it soft to work with.
Dice the bunch of green onion. (amount depends on how much you like...I usually dice up the whole bunch leaving couple inches on the end and an inch or so at the bottom).
Slice the meat so that it is in small squares.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly together. (Tammy and I use the worcestershire sauce, our mom does not).
Form into a big ball and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Is great spread on Ritz or Townhouse crackers.
