1 cup sifted white flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
Salt

Grease a 12 cup muffin tin and let it get hot in the oven while it preheats to 425. Beat all the ingredients together until smooth. Evenly distribute the batter between the muffin cups when the tin is hot. Bake 12-15 minutes until puffy and lightly browned. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN WHILE COOKING, or popovers will deflate. Serve with butter or jam while warm. Makes 12 popovers.
