Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch salt
1 cup sugar
1 pkg frozen strawberries, thawed (about 2 cups)
1 envelope Dream Whip, whipped
graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Pour enough graham cracker crumbs in a 9x13 pan to cover the bottom. Set aside.
Whip up Dream Whip according to the directions on the package. Set aside.
Combine first 5 ingredients in the mixer bowl. Beat for 20 minutes on a medium speed. The mixture will splatter, so drape a tea towel over mixer to contain the mess. The mixture will grow to fill the large mixer bowl.
After 20 minutes, stop mixer and fold in the Dream Whip. When well mixed, put in 9x13 pan, on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Add more crumbs on top of the strawberry mixture. Freeze.

When ready to serve, take out of freezer and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Cut into 3 inch squares and serve.
