6" round Brie (trim off white skin)
1 pkg crescent roll pastry
1/4 c butter
1/3 c golden sherry
1/3 c brown sugar
1/2 c slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off white skin from brie and wrap brie with the crescent roll pastry. Bake at 375º approximately 20 minutes until pastry gets brown. Combine butter, golden sherry and brown sugar in a saucepan and cook on stovetop until mixture is carmelized. Add slivered almonds to mixture and stir. Pour mixture over the baked brie pastry and serve with crackers.
