3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk


Topping:

1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, slice and boil sweet potatoes. Drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients. Beat till smooth. Pour into sprayed pan.
For topping, mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add margarine or butter and pecans. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until set. Can be made ahead of time. Great served hot or cold.
