3 eggs
1 large can of evaporated milk
1 large can of water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup flour (add a little more to make easier to turn)
butter
Lingonberries
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.
Heat the pan to medium hot.
Grease the pancake cups with butter.
Add a small amount of batter to each cup.
Turn when the edges are brown.
Add a little flour to the batter if the pancakes are difficult to turn.
Serve with Lingonberries and powdered sugar.

A cast iron Swedish pancake pans work best.
Use a thin, flexible, sandwich spreader or metal cake server to turn.
