1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 tsp vanilla
8 cups Crispix cereal
1 cup confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In large microwaveable bowl, melt chocolate chips. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and pecans. Add Crispix cereal; stir until well-coated. Place 1 cup confectioners' sugar in 2 gallon Ziploc storage bag and add cereal mix to bag. Close bag and gently toss cereal mixture until well coated. Store in Ziploc bag and refrigerate.
