1-2 lb. beef roast
1 can beer
1 can beef broth
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Pour beer and broth over. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over roast.
Cook on low all day. When cooked, flake meat apart, serve on hoagie buns with juice on side for dipping.
