8 (2 oz.) pkgs. Buddig Beef, 9 slices per pkg. (each round slice is 4¼" across the center)
1 (8oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. Horseradish
2 Tbsp. Grated Onion, minced into a paste
1 tsp. of Worcestershire

Mix cream cheese, horseradish, onion, and worcestershire together. Taste mixture, if you want it hotter, add more horseradish.

For each roll, lay out 4 slices of beef in 2 stacks of 2, overlapping the edges slightly, measuring 4¼" x 7".
Spread ½ Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture across the top of the intersected circles.

Roll tightly from the short edge into a cylinder.
Refrigerate rolls for an hour prior to cutting.
Cut a ¼" off each end of the rolls, then cut each roll into 4 pieces.
Arrange small pieces on a plate spiral side up.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.™
