3 Stalks celery
3 Tbsp. Apple-cinnamon or plain cream cheese in a tub or peanut butter
2 Tsp. Honey
3 Tbsp. Chopped honey-roasted peanuts or chopped nut topping
About 12 animal crackers

Utensils:
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Measuring spoons
Small mixing bowl
Rubber Scraper
Table knife or small metal spatula

Start to Finish: 20 minutes
Makes 12 Snacks

1. Place a stalk of celery on the cutting board. Use the sharp knife to cut off the white part at the base of stalk. Next cut off the leafy part at the top of the stalk. Throw away the trimmings. Repeat with the remaining celery stalks.
2. Put the cream cheese or peanut butter and honey in the bowl. Stir with the rubber scraper until mixed.
3. Use the table knife or small metal spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture in the celery stick. Sprinkle chopped nuts into the cream cheese with your fingers.
4. Place the filled celery stalks on the cutting board. Use the sharp knife to cut each stalk into 4 pieces. Push 1 or 2 animal crackers into the filling in each piece of celery.
