1Tbsp vegetable oil 1C onions chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 2C chicken broth 2Tbsp chopped
fresh cilantro 2Tbsp lime juice 1tsp ground cumin
1/2tsp oregano dried 1/4tsp red pepper sauce 1/4
tsp salt 1 can white shoepeg corn (11oz) 1 can
great northern beans drained 1 can butter beans
drained 2C chopped cooked chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven heat oil over medium heat. Cook
onions and garlic 4-6 minutes stirring occasionally
until onions are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients
except chicken and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir in chicken and simmer additional 5 minutes until
chicken is heated through.
