4C elbow macaroni cooked about 2 C uncooked
2C shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
1C low-fat cottage cheese 3/4C non-fat sour cream
1/2C Skim milk 2Tbsp onion grated 11/2tsp. reduced-calorie stick margarine melted 1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper 1 egg lightly beaten 1/4C dry bread-
crumbs 1Tbsp reduced-calorie stick margarine
melted1/4tsp paprika Fresh oregano sprigs.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine first 10 ingredients,stir well and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Combine breadcrumbs and next 2 ingredients and sprinkle
over casserole. Cover and bake at 30 degrees for
30 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 5 minutes
or until set. Garnish with oregano and serve.
