4 flour tortillas (7 inch)
2 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
3 oz. thinly sliced cooked ham, cut into strips
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. chooped green bell pepper
1/4 c. finely shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, place tortilla. Spread with 1 tsp. of the mayonnaise. Top with half of the ham, pineapple, bell pepper and cheese. Top with second tortilla.
2. Cook over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned.
3. Repeat to make second quesadilla.
