Ingredients:
Ingredients:
24 oz loaf whole wheat bread
1 pound pork sausage meat
2 tbsp. butter (optional - I don't use this)
2 large onions
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped cashews
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread into cubes. Put in a large bowl.
Cook sausage meat in frying pan, working with a fork to keep meat
crumbled during cooking. Add to bread crumbs.
Add butter (if using) to fat in pan. When hot add onions and celery
and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Place on top of sausage meat.
Add bread cubes, nuts and seasoning. Mix well.
Stuff turkey then bake at 350 degrees F.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If using salted cashews, do not use the salt. Salted cashews are better than unsalted cashews. Prep time: 30 minutes. Makes: 10 cups - approximately.
