8 c. cucumbers thinly sliced
1 c. sliced onions
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt in large bowl, add enough water to cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Heat vinegar, sugar and mustard seeds. Heat until sugar is dissolved; do not boil. Drain and rinse the cucumbers well. Pour vinegar and sugar mixture over cucumbers and onions. Put in refrigerator. Chill and serve.
